Abstract: Based on the analysis of the current situation of forest land quota management in Xizang Autonomous Region, starting from the current main problems and causes, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures such as issuing local relevant laws and regulations, establishing a long-term mechanism for forest land quota management, and improving the level of comprehensive management at the grass-roots level, in order to improve the capacity of forest land quota management and lay a solid ecological foundation for building a beautiful Tibet.
