Abstract: Yijinhuoluo Qi is sited windbreak and sand fixation ecological functional area of the national key ecological functional area. It is an important part of the Northern Sand Prevention Belt of "two screens and three belts" in China. However, the ecological environment of the whole area is fragile. Land desertification, lack of control in mining areas, wetland degradation, unreasonable forest structure and overload grazing were hash ecological problems. Therefore, it was necessary to carry out systematic and comprehensive ecological management to restore the local ecological environment in Yijinhuoluo Qi. In order to solve the ecological problems in Yijinhuoluo Qi, we divided the county into five ecological functional areas. We Proposed to implement five major comprehensive project for management of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grasses and sands. The research would provide the reference for the comprehensive management of ecological environment in this area. Suggestion also can provide reference for the comprehensive management of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grasses and sands in similar areas in northern China.
