Abstract: As a regular work in the forestry and grassland industry, field production plays an important foundational role in resource monitoring, resource protection, planning and design, operations and management, forest and grassland fire prevention, and other aspects. Field work faces complex and ever-changing field environments, with various accident hazards and safety risks intertwined and overlapping. This paper comprehensively analyzed the main risks and problems in forestry and grassland field production, with the work principle of "prevention first, combination of prevention and rescue", and proposed suggestion on organizational system,capacity upgrading, information technology application, and training exercises in order to promote the construction of safety guarantee system for forestry and grassland field work in China.
