Abstract: This paper describes the basic situation and main practices of the implementation of ecological forest rangers in Yunnan province, summarizes its effectiveness, analyzes the effectiveness of the implementation of ecological forest rangers policy, discusses the management strategy of ecological forest rangers, puts forward the existing problems and difficulties in order to better enable ecological forest rangers to play a more active role in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization, and puts forward some suggestion.
