Abstract: Based on the public data and the experience of implementing the forest chief system in various pilot areas, combined with the forest law and the central document "Opinions on comprehensively implementing the forest chief system", this paper conducted exploratory research on the system and operation mode of forest chief system, aiming to provide ideas and methods for all regions to comprehensively implement the forest chief system.
