Abstract:
The species diversity and distribution characteristics of birds in Jianglong Maqu National Wetland Park, were investigated by line transect and site survey from July to August 2021-2022. A total of 34 species of 9 orders, 17 families were recorded. The species composition was mainly Passeriformes, Charadriiformes and Anseriformes, and the faunal types were mainly Palaearctic. There were 6 species under national key protection, accounting for 17.64% of the total species, including 3 species under national key protection class I, namely

The species richness of the three typical habitats was ranked as wetland (27 species), grassland (21 species), and village (6 species). The bird richness of wetland habitat was the highest, accounting for 79.41% of the total species.
