Abstract:
The primary purpose of establishing national parks in China is to protect the naturalness and integrity of the natural ecosystems, and at the same time, to provide recreational opportunities for the public to get close to nature, to experience and to understand nature. By carrying out concessions to provide visitors with the necessary recreational conditions, it can effectively compensate for the lake of financial resources, drive local economic and social development, and alleviate community conflicts, and is more conducive to improving the level of National Park tourism services and public environmental awareness. This paper analyzes the role of National Park concessions and main contents of its legal regulation, summarizes the current situation and problems of National Park concessions in China, and puts forward the difficulties and suggestions of the legal regulation of National Park concessions in China.
