基于最小缺水量的水资源优化配置研究——以汾河水库灌区为例

Study on optimal allocation of water resources based on minimum water shortage:taking Fenhe reservoir irrigation area as an example

  • 摘要: 针对汾河水库灌区水资源短缺和不断突出的社会生态问题,以灌区最小缺水量为目标,建立汾河水库灌区水资源优化配置模型,提出以水权和生态需水量为多目标的计算方法。通过所建模型对汾河水库长系列调度计算,得到汾河水库不同水平年模拟调度计算成果,使项目区复杂水资源的优化配置问题得以解决。通过求解模型可以看出汾河灌区生活、工业用水基本得到满足,农业需水得到很大缓解。

     

    Abstract: This paper aims at the shortage of water resources and the increasingly prominent social and ecological problems in the irrigation area of Fenhe reservoir. Taking the minimum water shortage in irrigation area as the goal, the optimal allocation model of water resources in Fenhe reservoir irrigation district is established, and a multi-objective calculation method for water right and ecological water demand is proposed.The long series dispatching calculation of Fenhe reservoir is carried out by the model, the calculation results of simulated operation of Fenhe reservoir in different level years are obtained, and the optimal allocation of complex water resources in the project area is solved. By solving the model, it can be seen that the domestic and industrial water use in the Fenhe irrigation district is basically satisfied, and the agricultural water demand is greatly alleviated.
