Abstract:
The informatization of nature reserves is the core support for improving the efficiency of protection and management and achieving precise protection. As the “hub” of informatization construction, the rationality of the data center’s architecture directly affects the operational efficiency and sustainability of the entire system. Hyper-converged technology integrates computing, storage, network and other resources to realize a software-defined integrated architecture, providing new ideas for solving the pain points of traditional data centers in terms of scalability, management complexity, and cost control. Taking the construction of the data center in a national nature reserve as a case, this paper explores the application path of hyper-converged technology in the informatization of nature reserves. The research shows that hyper-converged technology can effectively adapt to the characteristics of diverse data types, scattered distribution and dynamic growth in nature reserves, and has built an efficient, flexible and reliable data support platform for the reserve’s administration. Its experience can provide a reference for the informatization upgrading of similar nature reserves.
