Abstract:
In order to screen out the effective and low toxic insecticides for the control of poplar leaf-eating pests, reduce the harm of leaf-eating pests, and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of forestry, four insecticides, 0.5% matrine water, 10% acaronitrile suspension, 25% fenuron suspension and 8% cypermethrin suspension, were selected in the experiment. The control effects of four insecticides on poplar leaf-eating pests were compared and analyzed. The results showed that all the four insecticides had certain control effects on poplar leafeating pests, and 0.5% matrine water had the best effect. At 7 days after application, the reduction rate of the poplar leaf-eating pests was 96.7% and the control effect was 96.27%.Therefore, 0.5% matrine water is widely used in the control of poplar leaf-eating pests.
