Abstract:
Based on ArcGIS Pro software, customization and extension development methods were analyzd and compared. Based on the comparison results, this study explores the development and design of forest data processing tools for construction projects using popular computer programming languages and plugin development techniques. The developed data processing tool has multiple functions, including subcompartment numbering, line distribution subcompartment numbering, information extraction from boundary corners, tree volume updating, conversion shape layers to feasibility tables, connection between land use red lines and forestry resource layers, and code translations and conversions. Practice has shown that this tool can be applied to the use of forest land in construction projects, significantly improving the efficiency of data processing in the internal data processing job.
