Abstract: Forest tending is an important measure in forestry production and management.Although some achievements have been made in the tending of young and middle-aged forests in Wuding, due to the insufficient investment of funds and the restriction of current human, material, financial, technical and management concepts, there are still some problems in the operation design of the tending project and the difficulty in implementing the project, guidance, supervision, management is not in place, the quality of care is not high.Only by taking effective measures, using advanced forest management concepts for reference, increasing capital investment, scientific planning, strengthening project supervision and management, and improving the quality of forest care, can forestry realize the combination of harvesting and breeding and sustainable utilization, sustainable development goals.
