Abstract:
Nujiang and Lancang Rivers are two of the three major rivers that flow through Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province.Nujiang and Lancang River basins (hereinafter referred to as "two river basins") account for 81% of the land area of Nujiang Prefecture. In recent years, the ecological restoration of the two river basins has achieved partial results. However, problems such as insufficient ecological protection and restoration, insufficient capital investment, insufficient forest and grass support capacity, and fragmentation of landscapes are still prominent, and there is still considerable impact on the ecological construction and socio-economic development of the two river basins.Through the analysis of the ecological status quo of the two river basins, in view of the difficulties and existing problems of ecological restoration, a practical restoration strategy is proposed in order to provide a reference for the ecological restoration of the two river basins.
