Abstract: Through on-site investigation, we have identified the current situation of emergency road construction for forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing in Luxi county, and the existing problems in the construction process. At the same time, based on the method of multiple data extraction and the establishment of a fire risk assessment model, this paper scientifically classified the forest and grassland fire risk levels in the entire county. Based on the development needs of Luxi county, the paper proposed regional opinions on the layout of emergency roads for fire prevention and control.
