Abstract:
In 2021, Chengdu was identified as one of the comprehensive pilot cities for forestry reform and development by National Forestry and Grassland Administration. Starting from the current situation of forestry reform and development in Chengdu collective forest area, this paper analyzes in detail the current situation of forest land management, the level of infrastructure development, forest land protection, and conflicts of interest between wildlife accidents and forest farmers, and puts forward some policy suggestion, such as moderately carrying out forest land scale management, optimizing infrastructure construction and management model, implementing ecological burial pilot projects, and carrying out wildlife prevention and control in order to provide reference for the continuous and effective promotion of the comprehensive pilot work of national forestry reform and development.
