Abstract: High quality editing is a necessary condition for the establishment of high quality scientific and technological journals.Combined with the practice of editing and publishing of forestry science periodicals, the typical errors and problems encountered in editing and processing are analyzed from the aspects of politics, ethnicity, map, professional knowledge, labeling, characters,rhetoric, punctuation and standardization, in order to improve the quality of editing of science and technology periodicals.
