Abstract: Periodical characteristic positioning and periodical characteristic column planning are of great significance for running journals well.This paper reviews the basic situation of Forestry Construction and its scientific and technological exchanges under the purpose of forestry construction in recent years, and focuses on the planning of featured column and the practice of publication.Finally, the compound impact factor of Forestry Construction has achieved a rapid development from 0.187 in 2015 to 0.847 in 2021.
