Abstract:
This paper analyzes the issues and causes of forest land classification in forest resource management in the Southwest monitoring area from three dimensions: investigation, management and planning. It proposes to strengthen the foundation of forestry and grassland investigation and monitoring, implement forest land management boundaries, and integrate investigation and monitoring with resource management. Starting from clarifying supporting materials for forest land certification and resolving conflicts between property rights certificates, it aims to resolve management contradictions. Based on optimizing territorial spatial planning, it suggests coordinating various specialized planning to improve management efficiency.
