Abstract: According to the work flow and achievement requirements of grassland base survey, the software function and structure of the data processing system are designed, and the grassland base survey system is developed by using C# and Java programming language, combined with Open Source Geographic Information Development Library and Android Software development package. The system has the functions of data entry, data inspection, GNNS navigation and verification of grassland base condition. The developed information system is applied to the grassland base condition investigation at the county level.The practice shows that the system can greatly improve the work efficiency in data processing, material preparation and field verification of grassland small class, and reduce the burden of data processing and field investigation of staff.
