Abstract:
This study takes Southwest Karst National Park Pilot Area (Guangxi) as a case study, focusing on the core challenge of “balancing ecological conservation and community development” in karst ecologically fragile areas—a key task and central contradiction in the national park establishment phase. Through interviews, questionnaires, and field surveys, the research systematically diagnoses the key bottlenecks in community development within the area. Building on insights from domestic and international experiences, it innovatively proposes a coordinated development mechanism based on the “tripartite model” of community co-management, co-construction, and co-sharing. This mechanism aims to synergistically achieve the three major goals of national park ecological conservation, green development, and livelihood improvement, while exploring effective pathways for the realization of ecological product value. The study provides theoretical support for the high-level protection and high-quality development of the Southwest Karst National Park Pilot Area (Guangxi).
