Abstract: According to the status quo of the forest resources in Kunming, the implementation of forest breeding in the past five years and the results of the annual city-level verification, the problems of subsidy standards, design quality, policies, management, and disadvantaged effects in forest breeding are analyzed. It has proposed the appropriate method of forest breeding and increased policies and funding support to ensure that forest nursery has achieved significant results and has certain reference value for the development of forest treatment in Kunming.
