Abstract:
This article analyzes the necessity and importance of the "One Park, One Law" model of national parks in my country from the perspectives of the objective needs of national park development, important measures to protect the ecological system and uniqueness of the target, management feasibility, objective requirements of relevant laws and regulations. It is important to analyze the basic situation of domestic national park-related legislation by studying the experience and problems of policy formulation in ten national park system pilot areas, as well as the success of the "One Park, One Law" in foreign national parks such as the United States, Canada, and Germany. It explores and analyzes the model thinking and basic framework system of "One Park, One Law" in my country's national parks.
