Abstract:
The preparation of a restoration plan for vegetation and forestry production conditions after the expiration of temporary forest land use for construction projects is a specific requirement under the “Forest Law”. This paper examines the recent situation of temporary forest land use and uses Jingde county as a case study to explore the related background and problems in compiling such restoration plans. It analyzes the key ideas and typical cases, clarifies the principles and quality requirements for restoration, methods for delineating sub-compartments, measures for restoring damaged forestry production conditions, engineering quantity estimation, and project quality assessment methods. It also explores feasibility analysis and safeguard measures to improve the practicality and operability of restoration plans. The goal is to provide useful references for the compilation of similar restoration plans in construction projects involving temporary forest land use.
