摘要: 以宜良国家储备林(一期)基地建设项目为例,总结项目林权流转取得的成效,分析存在的主要问题,提出开展国家储备林项目林权流转工作的对策和建议。

Abstract: Taking the construction project of Yiliang national reserve forest(phase I) base as an example, this paper summarized the achievements of forest right circulation, analyzed the main existing problems, and put forward some suggestion for forest right circulation of the national reserve forest project.
