Abstract: Community co-management is conducive to the effective protection of biodiversity in nature reserves and the continuous improvement of ecological environment quality in nature reserves.At the same time,community residents jointly participate in the decision-making,implementation and evaluation of the protection and management plan of the reserve,actively participate in the resource management of the nature reserve,rationally utilize the natural resources of the nature reserve,and share the achievements of the construction and development of the nature reserve,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the community economy.This paper investigates community co-management in nature reserves above provincial level in Guangdong province,analyzes and evaluates the current situation and existing problems of community co-management in nature reserves,and puts forward development strategies for community co-management in nature reserves,in order to provide references for improving the effectiveness of community co-management in nature reserves.
