Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation of forest and grassland resources and fire prevention construction, and puts forward the main problems existing in forest fire prevention in Mangkang county Combined with the master planning and the requirements of China's ecological civilization construction, we puts forward the construction of "eight system projects" for forest fire prevention in Mangkang county, namely, improving fire prevention monitoring and forecasting ability, fire prevention communication and communication command, fire prevention channel construction, fire source management, fire prevention publicity and education, fire fighting and rescue, fire prevention material storage and equipment, comprehensive support,which provide scientific basis for comprehensively strengthening the capacity-building of forest fire prevention equipment and infrastructure in key areas of Mangkang county. At the same time, some thoughts on forest grassland fire prevention planning are put forward, providing reference and discussion for forest fire prevention planning and construction in areas with similar conditions.
