Abstract:
【Objective】 Plant chlorophyll is a key pigment in photosynthesis, plays a core function in the process of light energy utilization and conversion, and determines the production potential and actual yield level of plants. In order to help the scientific development of agarwood industry,we determined the chlorophyll content of different canopy and DBH leaves of agarwood in Yunnan province. 【Methods】 The target tree species of Yunnan agarwood planted artificially around Nuozhadu provincial nature reserve in Yunnan province was selected as the research object. The leaves were collected and the chlorophyll of leaves of different canopy layers and DBH in the study area were detected by spectrophotometry. The data obtained were analyzed by SPSS for correlation and linear regression analysis. 【Results】① There was a significant negative correlation between chlorophyll content and layer number.② There was no correlation between chlorophyll content and DBH.③ Chlorophyll content has a significant negative effect on the number of layers, but DBH has no effect on the number of layers. 【Conclusion】 Leaf chlorophyll decreased with the increase of canopy, and there was a negative correlation between them.
