  • 摘要: 云县是临沧市首个脱贫摘帽县，巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果离不开产业兴旺。按照云县地质地貌的特点，坚持习近平总书记提出的“绿色青山就是金山银山”的发展理念，着力走出一条具有云县特色的城乡融合发展之路，走出一条“生态美、产业兴、百姓富”的绿色发展道路，实现乡村全面振兴。从云县已累计建成“七大”高原特色农业为主的高效林业产业化230多万亩基地分别叙述，分析发展优势和潜力并提出一些发展方向，按照“山水林田湖草”统一规划、一体推进，实现云县林产业转型升级和高质量发展，为云县乡村全面振兴提供强大的产业支撑。
    Abstract: Yun county is the first county in Lincang city which have get rid of poverty. Consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation cannot be separated from industrial prosperity. According to the characteristics of geology and landforms in Yun county, adhering to the development concept of "green mountains are invaluable assets" put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping, we strive to develop a road of urban-rural integration development with characteristics of Yun county. This would enable us create a county with "ecological beauty, industrial prosperity, and common people." The green development path of "richness" will realize the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside. This paper analyzes the development advantages and potential of Yun county from the high-efficiency forestry industrialization base with more than 2.3 million mu. Meanwhile, some development directions are proposed, among which "landscapes, forests, fields, lakes and grasses" are unified in planning and integrated. These measures will provide strong industrial support for the transformation and upgrading of forest industry, high-quality development and overall rural revitalization in Yun county.
