摘要: 期刊特色栏目及专刊策划对于科技期刊在激烈的竞争中发展具有重大意义。论述了期刊栏目策划的必要性及科技期刊栏目设计原则,围绕办刊宗旨,梳理《林业建设》办刊科技交流情况,重点介绍期刊特色栏目、专刊策划及其出版实践,总结其对刊物发展所作贡献,探讨期刊发展与时俱进的创新之路。

Abstract: Periodical scheme of feature column and special issue is of great significance for the development of science and technology journals in the fierce competition. This paper discusses the necessity of periodical column scheme and the column design principle of sci-tech periodical, focuses on the purpose of running the journal, introduces the sci-tech exchange situation of Forestry Construction, the periodical scheme of characteristic column and special issue, and its publishing practice, summarizes its contribution to the development of the journal, and probes into the innovative way of the periodical development keeping pace with the times.
