Abstract: The banded landscape composed of municipal road is an important part of urban landscape spatial pattern, the basis of residential environment and urban function, and the channel of embodying urban style and culture. In the context of dual cultivation of the city, the repair and restoration of the road landscape of old town is an inherent requirement to enhance the quality of the city, improve the living environment and enhance residents' sense of well-being, related to the image of the city and competitiveness. Taking the municipal road landscape improvement project in Hepu county as an example, this paper puts forward three design strategies and their application, which can provide reference for urban road landscape renewal.
