Abstract:
Following the proposal to establish national grassland nature parks, an urgent and significant issue in their construction is how to leverage these parks as a platform to effectively protect and rationally utilize grasslands through well-defined boundaries, strategic planning, precise positioning, and appropriate measures. This paper aims to conduct a systematic analysis of the current issues within the planning area, using the Xiangbaichang National Grassland Nature Park as a case study. It proposes planning orientations, ecological protection and restoration strategies, rational utilization approaches, functional zoning plans, and key construction elements. Furthermore, it explores a green development model that integrates ecological conservation with the utilization of southern grasslands, aiming to provide a model and reference for the sustainable development of grasslands in southern regions.
