Abstract: The scientific and reasonable implementation of returning farmland to forest has the role of improving the increasingly harsh ecological environment and protecting the stable development of local agricultural economy.At present, however, in the process of returning farmland to forest, wity low aspiration of returning farmland to forest, low subsidy standard, high of economic forest ratio and deforestation risk, the author proposed to improve the subsidy standard of returning farmland to forest and the corresponding work funds, establish and improve the subsequent security mechanism, strengthen the coordination and cooperation with natural resources department, introduce modern technology, set up perfect forest supervision mechanism, and lay the foundation for the orderly advance of returning farmland to forest.
