Abstract: Based on the current situation of the forest fire prevention system construction in Beibei district of Chongqing city, and analyzing the existing problems, combined with the distribution of forest resources and the latest requirements for forest fire prevention in China, 501 forest fire prevention sub-districts where forest resources are relatively concentrated in Beibei district have been delineated, and the responsibility units and governance units have been refined. In addition, specific planning tasks such as fire risk warning facilities, communication and information command systems, publicity and fire source control facilities, water-based fire suppression support systems, forest fire barriers, and forest fire brigade construction have been proposed from the three aspects of technological prevention, physical prevention, and early fire situation handling. The implementation of the plan is of great significance for protecting the safety of local forest resources, consolidating the achievements of ecological civilization construction, and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property and ecological security. At the same time, the article puts forward several thoughts on forest fire prevention planning, providing references for forest fire prevention planning and project construction in other regions.
