梯田类国家湿地公园边界优化研究——以云和梯田湿地公园为例

  • 摘要: 边界调整作为整合优化中的重要环节,是目前保护地体系研究中最为迫切的问题。我国自然保护地数量众多,类型各异,各类自然保护地的建立目的不同,情况十分复杂。而实施过程出现的一些教条主义,给整合优化带来新的挑战。湿地公园作为保护地系统中的重要类型之一,承担着维系生态系统和提供游憩等功能,而梯田类湿地作为人工湿地中的特殊形式,其边界优化的方式仍处于初级探索阶段。以云和梯田国家湿地公园为例,对湿地公园存在的问题进行研究和总结,在现行的红线范围基础之上,通过开展风景资源综合价值评估,科学解决保护地的冲突矛盾与历史遗留问题,探讨湿地公园边界调整方案。

     

    Abstract: Boundary adjustment, as an important part of integrated optimization, is the most urgent problem in the research of nature reserves system.There are many types of nature reserves system in China, and the purpose of establishing each type of natural protected areas is different, so the situation is very complicated.Some dogmatism in the process of implementation brings new challenges to integration and optimization.Wetland park, as one of the important types of protected land system, bears the functions of maintaining the ecosystem and providing recreation, while terraced wetland, as a special form of constructed wetland, is still in the preliminary exploration stage of boundary optimization.In this paper, yunhe Terrace National Wetland Park is taken as an example to study and summarize the problems existing in the wetland park.Based on the current red line scope, the comprehensive value evaluation of scenic resources is carried out to scientifically solve the conflicts and historical problems of the nature reserves system, and the boundary adjustment scheme of the wetland park is discussed.
