Regulatory status and issues of national wetland park

The construction of national wetland park in China began in 2004, after a period of development some achievements have been gotten, but from a wetland park management perspective,the research on wetland park management is relatively backward, there are a lot of problems and blind areas. In this study,combing the development of national wetland park in China and there were some management problems:(1) imperfect laws and regulations system;(2) large capital demand, relatively single investment channel;(3) the phenomenon of “Redeclaration and Light Construction”is quite serious;(4) the conflict between the state's emphasis on protection and local emphasis on utilization is prominent;(5) The rules and technical standards of wetland park management are not perfect;(6) The supervision systems and management organizations are not perfect(7) the scientific research foundation is weak, the science and technology support ability is not strong and lack of the professional talented person. On this basis, the discussion was proposed on the national wetland park supervision direction in order to provide reference for the construction of national park supervision system.
