  • Kaihua county, located in the west of Zhejiang Province, is the source of the Qiantang River. The land use presents that 90%hills, 5% water and 5% croplands, which deciding the beautiful ecological environment and richness in animal and plant biodiversity. Since the approval of the Qianjiangyuan National Park in June 2016, a management organization has been set up in Qianjiangyuan National Park, which has strengthened the protection of natural resources and deal the frequent wildlife accidents. In order to effectively protect wildlife and protect the immediate interests of the masses, it is necessary to finding problems in wildlife accidents, and propose effective solutions. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of wildlife accidents in our county, this paper aiming to establish compensation for wildlife accidents and clarify the compensation path for wildlife accidents, which provides reference for the protection of the authenticity and integrity of the natural ecosystem in national parks.
