Anslysis on the planning and construction of characteristic towns in Yunnan: taking Yunmora town in Tengchong city as an example

In view of the opportunity of vigorously promoting the development of characteristic towns by the state,we should seize the characteristic of Yunnan,such as rich natural landscape,biodiversity,unique climate,unique minority culture and so on, actively build a world-class rural tourism town. Taking the characteristic towns of Yunbo Mora in Tengchong city as the analysis object, this paper analyzes the national laws and regulations, policies,land scale, planning principles,industrial development,internal and external traffic construction, ethnic culture and other aspects,and comes to the conclusion that the sustainable development of the town has the characteristics of the times, foresight, leadership and uniqueness. The planning and construction of the project plays an exemplary role in promoting the construction of beautiful villages and rural revitalization in Yunnan.
