Phased practical experience and improvement path on the reform of forest chief system in Qamdo

The reform of the forest chief system is an innovative measure to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization and strengthen the construction of ecological civilization. In order to answer the "must-answer questions" of the forest chief system and the "final question" of creating a national ecological civilization highland, Qamdo has implemented the reform of the forest chief system throughout the city, and established cities, counties(districts), townships(towns), and villages, the four-level forest chief system which has explored some suitable practical experience. This article specifically lists the practical experience and existing problems in Qamdo City. At the same time, this paper analyzes how to carry out the improvement of the forest chief system in the next step around the "six green" index tasks, so as to provide methods and ideas for the reform of the forest chief system in other places in Tibetan areas.
