Current situation and management countermeasures on wetland ecological monitoring stations in Guangdong province

With the promulgation of Wetland Protection Law and the continuous promotion of ecological construction in Guangdong province, the ecological monitoring ability of wetland in Guangdong province has attracted more and more attention.In view of the needs for scientific evaluation of wetlands ecological monitoring capacity during the 14th Five-Year Plan period in Guangdong province, in order to further optimize network layout and improve the wetland ecological monitoring capacity in key areas, this study systematically evaluated the current monitoring capacity of key wetland ecological monitoring stations in Guangdong province by analyzing field investigation and survey data and summarizing main practices and excellent experiences. Aiming at existing problems,the construction path and management countermeasures of wetland ecological monitoring stations in the future were put forward to provide a basis for further construction of wetland ecological monitoring network and assessment systems in Guangdong province in order to promote the high-quality development of wetland protection.
