Research on the approval of facilities built in nature reserve

Under the policy background of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the reform of "release,control and service" and establishing a system of protected natural areas with national parks as the main body, this paper sorted out the policy requirements on the approval and procedures of facilities construction in nature reserves at home and abroad, summarized and analyzed the existing problems and experiences in handling administrative permits. This paper aims to provide policy references for how to improve the efficiency of examination and approval of construction facilities in nature reserves, reduce the pressure of examination and approval of competent departments, and stimulate the enthusiasm of the public in active protection.
