Design and implementation on forest fire video monitoring system in high risk area of forest fire in Dehong prefecture

  • Forest fire video monitoring system is the focus of the comprehensive management project of forest fire high-risk areas in Dehong prefecture.It is composed of a fire video monitoring front end,a fire source video monitoring front end,a transmission network and a back-end monitoring center.This article describes the system composition and function design.The system has built a total of 23 sets of front-end fire video monitors and 18 sets of fire source video monitors,and the monitoring range covers 851,300 hm2 of woodland in the whole prefecture. The system builds a comprehensive integrated platform for forest fire prevention and fire prevention in Dehong prefecture that is "visualized,coordinated, and commandable", and further improves the comprehensive capabilities of forest fire prevention command,dispatch,support,management platform interconnection and emergency response in prefectures,counties and townships.
