Reflections on the education and training for cadres in grass-forest public institutions

Cadre education and training is a guiding, basic and strategic project to build a team of high-quality cadres, which plays an irreplaceable important role in promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the new great project of the Party building. It is an important way and means to improve the skills and knowledge level of cadres. It plays an important role in giving full play to the enthusiasm of cadres, improving their working attitude, efficiency, performance and the overall quality of cadres. This paper takes the cadre education and training of grassroots public institutions of forest and grass as the research object, the importance and the existing problems of the cadre education and training are deeply analyzed, and the practical countermeasures are discussed in order to promote the improvement of the human resources management level of forest and grass public institutions.
