Research on the identification and management of ecological problems along the Lalin railway(Shannan section)

Lalin Railway(Shannan section) is the core area of the ecological barrier construction on the QinghaiTibet plateau in China, and also the highland of the national ecological civilization construction. Ecological issues are of vital importance.Based on the local investigation and data analysis along the Lalin railway(Shannan section), it is concluded that Lalin railway(Shannan section) is mainly faced with fragile and sensitive ecological environment, weak vegetation ecological function, threatened biodiversity, and low ecological landscape quality.In view of the current ecological problems faced by the railway, the strategies of improving understanding, actively carrying out ecological restoration and strengthening ecological protection are put forward, in order to provide governance ideas for the ecological restoration along the railway.
