A comparative analysis on construction of the new round of returning farmland to forest project between Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region and Xinjiang production and construction corps

Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region and Xinjiang production and construction corps are both construction units of the new round of returning farmland to forest projects,whom are located in the same region,but the project management system is different,so the project construction situation has both similarities and differences.Based on the national-level inspection and acceptance results of the new round of returning farmland to forest project in 2019,here compares the construction situation of the two units and analyzes their construction achievements and existing problems.It is found that the new round of returning farmland to forest project in Xinjiang has a high level of achievements,but at the same time there is also a rebound of achievements caused by the lack of irrigation water and the economic downturn of forest and fruit market.In this regard,this paper also combined with the actual Xinjiang gives corresponding suggestion.
