Problems and suggestion existing between the connection of ecological protection red line assessment-adjustment and integration-optimization of nature reserves in Yunnan Province

In August 2019, Yunnan Province started the assessment and adjustment of ecological protection red line, and in March 2020, started the integration and optimization of nature reserves. According to the requirements of the state, the two tasks must be organically linked, and the optimized nature reserves should be included in the ecological protection red line. At the end of June, the provincial technical support units of the two work carried out docking on the preliminary results, and there are still some differences in the basic data, rule differences, mining rights avoidance and other aspects. This paper sorts out and puts forward handling suggestion for reference.
