  • It is a most important method to examine the plan implementation effect by carrying out evaluation of implementation effect in the forestland protection and utilization plan. Taking Jinghong forestland protection and utilization plan as the object, this paper discussed the principle and method of forestland protection and utilization plan implementation evaluation, reviewed the planning implementation advance, evaluated the completion of planning objectives, forest land resources, planning adjustment and application,and analyzed the main problems of plan implementation. Some suggestion on plan implementation were put forward.
